1. Staff and students are required to submit Travel Plan Declaration for the September term holidays from Monday, 30 August 0600hrs onwards. All Travel Plan declarations must be submitted by Thursday 02 September 0800hrs.
   
   
2. Staff and students are required to submit Travel History Declaration for the September term holidays from Thursday, 09 September 0001hr onwards. All Travel History declarations must be submitted by Sunday 12 August, 0800hrs.

Principal's Message - Good Morning, Gan Eng Seng School

Today is the 2^nd last day of Term 2. Let me on behalf of all staff thank you for the sweet memories of 31^st August 2010. Student Leaders of the 5^th Student Council with all the class committees, thank you for the encouragement so that we will continue to be positive to our calling as teachers, to build and touch lives and do something worthwhile.

On 1^st September 2010 the President of Singapore hosted a Teachers' Day reception. On behalf of our teachers, Mr. Teo Soon Hee was invited. Bearing in mind, we have about 30 thousand teachers employed by theMinistry of Education, we have a double joy. Mrs Tay Yen Ping was present as one of the twelve finalists for the President Teachers' Awards.

I am very proud of the teachers of Gan Eng Seng School who persevere to be the salt and light in your lives so that every Gessian might stretch your own wings and carve your own path in life. Mrs Tay exemplifies our People Philosophy: "Our Quality, Your Future".

Gessians, you have a heritage and a destiny. Plan well ahead so that Term 4 will be a fantastic way to end your year of learning. Revise well for your final examinations. As you write, display your best to inspire your teachers who are the markers of the examination.

Onward, Gessians and do it with us, your teachers. And teachers at Gan Eng Seng School will continue to care for and inspire our Gessians!
